- Fully handicapped accessible
- May bring own food or have caterer
Cost and Related Fees/Information:
- $125.00 per hour with four hour minimum booking required ($500.00).
- $100.00 guarantee of rental and cleaning/damage fee required for all rentals due at the time Rental Agreement is signed in order to hold the date requested.
- $50.00 deposit if mylar balloons will be brought into the building.
